Elbow Cay is a small barrier cay located in the Abaco Islands, a group of islands in the Northern Bahamas. Elbow Reef is located on a narrow part of the island allowing for breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east as well as the Sea of Abaco to the west. Marinas and restaurants are within walking distance from our front door. Golf cart and boat rentals are available to explore the island to the fullest.
